What I Believe
I see myself as a woman who supports women — not through slogans, but through presence, attention, and how I photograph.
I don’t often use the phrase “empowering women.” Not because I don't believe in power — but because I believe in complexity. Power is not always loud. It’s not always about confidence or control. Sometimes, it’s in vulnerability, in quiet moments, in the decision to be seen as you really are.
I don’t reduce people to categories. I don't photograph “a woman” or “a model” or “a client.” I photograph a person.Someone with a story, energy, contradictions, layers — all of which deserve to be noticed without being forced into a box.
I believe that the best portraits happen between poses
In the in-between — between awareness and instinct, between self-consciousness and freedom. That’s where the truth shows up: in the glance that wasn't planned, in the breath before the smile, in the way someone softens when they feel safe.
I don’t use formulas. Because formulas remove life. When we standardize beauty, we erase it. I’m not interested in the “perfect photo.” I’m interested in the real moment that makes you pause.
I love the texture of real skin.
I don’t retouch to hide — I retouch to reveal.
To honor what's already there, not to replace it. I know that I can't ever fully “capture” someone. That would be impossible. But what I can offer is an honest reflection — one person seeing another with care, curiosity, and respect.
That, to me, is the heart of my work.
